大家依稀还记得上一次普京总统访华是2023年的10月17日，他乘坐的专机叫伊尔-96降落在首都北京。

二 | 那么不只是这一架飞机，很早之前相关准备工作就开始了。在10月15日俄罗斯的空天军第224特别飞行队出动了5架伊尔-76的运输机。大家注意总统专机来之前，有5架运输机把他的所需的车辆设备和人员提前得运到北京来。

三 | 另外安保措施也非常严密，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫在提前一天抵达北京，其实就是看这个安保流程的。

那为了确保总统的出行和安全，俄罗斯方面是派出了大量的人员做这个准备工作。你看比如说伊尔-76运输机，所需的车辆，仪器，设备，人员都提前运到中国来。那么同时当天在伊尔-96专机起飞的同时，也有专机进行陪护，配备的是图214PU，图204-300和猎鹰7X等飞机，为总统专机全方位的保障和支持。

那咱们先说一说这个伊尔96，它是一款四发的客机，它这个长航程能力非常强，可以连续飞行将近1万公里。其中这个伊尔96叫M型的航程更是超过了11,482公里，它是在伊尔86的基础上研发的。这个飞机可以说能达到就是总统在哪里，哪里就是指挥中心啊，他那个PU的意思就是指挥中心，总统在哪里哪里就是指挥中心。而且这个伊尔96这个机身长度是55.35米，翼展是60.12米，内部装饰也很好，用新古典主义风格皮革家具，胡桃木贴面，金色装饰，包括各种功能设施，有办公室，也包括像会议室，休闲室，休息室，健身房，大餐厅，酒吧，多个淋浴间，甚至内部可以进行独立的手术。所以大家可以想象，伊尔96具备多种武器系统，包括什么雷达涂层和防空系统等等。

这个专机就如此不简单了，咱们再来说说这个专车，那更不简单。咱不说别的，作为国家领导人，各国的领导的专车都得配备专属的这个设计。不但要求舒适，而且关键都有很高的防护级别，甚至能防止住一般的轻武器，乃至炸弹和火箭筒。

大家都知道因为媒体的报道美国总统拜登那个专车号称野兽，除了豪华的内部配置和先进的通信科技，他那个防御能力真的很强大。那个野兽的轿车的车门大家可以猜一下这个厚度是多少？据说能达到20厘米左右，各位什么叫20厘米呢？波音747的客机的舱门也就20厘米厚，所以你想一个汽车的车门跟一个飞机的舱门一样厚啊。

四 | 你可以想象全身上下就涂满了复合装甲，足以抵抗反坦克火箭筒和爆炸物的袭击。而且这个野兽还装备了空气循环装置，自动灭火系统，红外夜视摄像头，甚至导弹告警，干扰设置等等一系列装置。可以说是世界上最安全的机动载具了。那么咱们中国领导的专车一般都是红旗系列，这个不用说了，那是连拜登都叫好的车呀。

那你看对比中国美国两国领导人的座驾，其实俄罗斯总统普京的专车有些特殊，我查了一下资料，在很长的一段时间里，俄罗斯总统的专车没有采用国产品牌。你看这个是很令人遗憾的。

五 | 作为大国国家领导的专车不得用国产品牌吗？没有。一开始一直是德国的奔驰就是普京的专车，曾经是S600普尔曼。那你看这就跟中美一对比就有点问题。所以普京一直希望有一个本土国产的专车。

那么这个任务就交给了俄罗斯国产汽车品牌叫阿鲁斯。于是普京的专车叫金色俄罗斯就诞生了。光是研制就花费了6年时间，这个车型总投资达到12亿美元，所以现在这个金色俄罗斯比美国总统的野兽，比我们红旗那个N701都要大。防护也同样达到最高级别。甚至可以防御轻重武器的攻击。

那么有人说这个金色俄罗斯的这个车身强度怎么样？我看到可以阻挡一定口径的炮弹，更别说一般的火箭筒了啊。

八 | 这个金色俄罗斯有研制公司说了，只有重型串联穿甲弹头的火箭弹才可能对他造成一点威胁。所以你看他这个防御级别真的是非常的高啊。这也和现在国际政治军事形势有关联。普京的这个安保措施那肯定是俄罗斯非常重视的一个方面。

所以大家可以看到从专机到专车，到配套的安保行为，这个准备工作是非常重要的。哪怕出动几架运输机，那也要把相关的总统的专车，设备，仪器，都要提前运输到中国来。所以我想普京总统访华的背后还有这些故事值得我们去关注。
